Are your products truly vegan and cruelty-free?

Can I use your products on all hair types?
Absolutely! Our products are suitable for all hair types, from straight and fine to curly and thick. We've formulated them to cater to diverse hair needs.
Are your products safe for sensitive scalps?
Yes, our products are designed with scalp health in mind. They are free from harsh chemicals and are gentle on sensitive scalps.
How often should I use your Hair Repair Oil?
We recommend using our Hair Repair Oil two to three times a week for best results. However, you can adjust the frequency based on your hair's specific needs.
Can I use the Leave-in Conditioner every day?
Yes, our Leave-in Conditioner is safe for daily use. It provides continuous nourishment and protection for your hair throughout the day.
Do your products contain sulfates or parabens?
No, our products are free from sulfates and parabens. We've crafted them with natural and ethical ingredients to ensure they're gentle on your hair and the environment.
How long should I leave the Hair Repair Oil in my hair?
For best results, leave the Hair Repair Oil in your hair for at least a few hours. If you prefer deeper conditioning, leaving it on overnight is an option.
Can your Leave-in Conditioner be used as a heat protectant?
Yes, our Leave-in Conditioner provides a layer of protection for your hair. You can use it before heat styling to shield your locks from damage.
Are your products suitable for color-treated hair?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please check our website for shipping details and availability in your region.
Do you accept returns?
For UK orders you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and for International orders it is 21 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. The item must be in the original packaging in a resalable condition and you'll need the receipt/proof of purchase.
Furthermore, we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item in order to be able to process your refund.
I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?
If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?
We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.
My order is still not here please help?
If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We will have your order resent.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.
